@Ocado I've had to disable all notifications on your app because telling you no marketing didn't work. And yes I noticed the clever wording in the settings intended to mislead people into agreeing to advertising messages.

@AgentSuppo64844 I've been DMing since yesterday and so far got a refund of the delivery charge. Struggling to get across the concept of "If there is no delivery I don't pay at all" I can't do calls since I'm mostly deaf, but you could join us and help sort it out.

@Morrisons my Morrisons Now order hasn't turned up. They were 'picking it' an hour ago. I need confirmation that they changed their minds so I can order elsewhere.

@Morrisons Hours late they turn up and leave it on a pavement several blocks away. I can't tell where and don't plan to go looking for it.

@Ocado it's not a new account and when it says it has sent an email it has not. It's possible I've been blocked now for making too many attempts

@PanikosGb Yes, this is a standard security step for some accounts to verify your email address. Please check your inbox for a code it is valid for 24 hours, this could be in your Junk folder ☺️

@Ocado Since a few hours go when I try to login to the website it says it needs to send me a code by email which is strange enough but it doesn't send the code. I can use the app for now but less convenient
