@_9th_Life_ I’m working on making 45, the new 35. (Having 3 young kiddos helps.) 💪
English

They say 30 is the new 20. Well, I turned 30 years old today.
Pictured left was me exactly 1 year ago (29), on the right is me today.
Me at 29 was extremely lost. Less than 1 month away from my wife giving birth to our first child.
I looked in the mirror and decided that I was not going to be the guy who embraces the dad bod. I knew my life was about to change drastically, and I needed to lock the fuck in.
I started simple, build the foundation. Fixed my diet, sleep, training. Cut out the bullshit, stopped drinking, got consistent.
Then the amplifiers, supplements, peptides, hormones. Everything based on bloodwork.
I had always been interested in the gym, bodybuilding, biohacking, etc. But I had always fallen off during the execution of the plan. Vicious cycles of getting jacked and then getting fat.
This go around was different, I had to get it right. No more time to fuck around.
This has been the most challenging and rewarding year of my life. But I genuinely believe this challenge was a blessing from God. Nothing about this last year has been easy. Becoming a dad, a husband, getting my training in, eating write, building @reptidesco, all while working a full-time job to make sure the bills got paid and my family is fed.
But the community on this platform genuinely motivates me to keep pushing every day even harder. Finding that 1% every day to get better.
Thank you for everyone who has, and continues to support me on this journey. I have learned to much from ya’ll. I have gotten the chance to connect with the coolest people on the forefront of peptides, biohacking, health, and longevity.
This journey is far from over.
Let’s get after it. 💪

Why add NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) to your daily rotation?
NAC is a direct precursor to glutathione (your body’s master antioxidant).
I’ve added it this last week and I’ve noticed steadier mood/energy. Solid for liver support, oxidative stress from training/deficit, and overall resilience.
How NAC Works:
• Boosts intracellular glutathione (GSH) production by supplying cysteine
• Direct antioxidant + anti-inflammatory effects
• Supports liver detox, lung health, and even mental clarity via glutamate modulation
• Helps mitigate oxidative damage from intense workouts, peptides, or everyday toxins
Key Benefits (research + real-world):
• Liver protection & detox (gold standard for acetaminophen overdose, great for general support)
• Reduced oxidative stress & better recovery
• Mood & cognitive support (some studies on OCD, depression, addiction)
• Respiratory health (mucus thinning)
• Synergizes nicely with peptides like BPC/TB, GHK-Cu, or NAD+.
Protocol Sketch (my current approach):
• 1200 mg/day in morning
• Powder form
• Taken 30 minutes before high-protein breakfast on empty stomach
• Ongoing daily
Been running it consistently lately and it fits right into the recomp/lifestyle optimization phase.

@fitcapbiohacker I do resistance training 3x/wk ( with 3x/wk of cardio/calisthenics) and two of them I do 2 sets and the other day I do 3 sets. I get good steady strength and mass gains.
English

Alot of people are switching to doing 2 sets per exercise with intensity pushing close to or at failure.
Pretty much Mike Mentzer style training except the number of training sessions per week is still in the 3-5 range. Instead of the traditional Mentzer 1-2 sessions per week.
Have you tried this method and did you like it as opposed to the old reliable 3-4 sets?

@peptidepirate 1 gm of L-Carnitine Tartrate daily for me. Any more than that, increases my HR too much.
English

L-Carnitine is one of the most underrated tools out there when it comes to fat loss💥
———————————————————
Burning fat actually happens in two separate steps and most people only think about the first one🏴☠️
Step one your body releases fat out of storage into your bloodstream🏴☠️
Step two that freed up fat has to get carried into your cells to actually be burned for energy🏴☠️
Here is the problem🏴☠️
That fat cannot just wander into the furnace on its own🏴☠️
The furnace is your mitochondria the little power plants inside your cells that burn fuel for energy🏴☠️
And the fat needs a ride to get inside🏴☠️
That is exactly what L-Carnitine does🏴☠️
It is the shuttle🏴☠️
L-Carnitine grabs those long chain fatty acids and physically carries them across the wall into the mitochondria where they get burned🏴☠️
No shuttle no ride and that fat just floats around in your blood and gets stored right back🏴☠️
This is why it matters so much on a cut🏴☠️
You can have all the released fat in the world from your diet and your training and your other compounds🏴☠️
But if it is not getting carried into the furnace you are not actually burning it🏴☠️
L-Carnitine is the bridge between releasing fat and burning fat🏴☠️
There is a bonus too🏴☠️
When your fat is actually getting shuttled in and burned efficiently you get more usable energy out of it🏴☠️
That is why low carnitine can leave you dragging your body is struggling to turn fat into fuel🏴☠️
A quick note on the different forms🏴☠️
Plain L-Carnitine is your general fat transport workhorse🏴☠️
Acetyl L-Carnitine or ALCAR crosses into the brain so people run it more for focus and mental energy🏴☠️
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate is the one people like around training for performance and recovery🏴☠️
Same base different job depending on what you are after🏴☠️
The honest part🏴☠️
L-Carnitine works best when your levels are actually low or when you are pushing hard on a cut🏴☠️
It is not a magic fat burner you can sprinkle on a bad diet and expect miracles🏴☠️
It is a tool that makes the fat you are already releasing easier to actually burn🏴☠️
The simple version🏴☠️
Releasing fat and burning fat are two different steps🏴☠️
L-Carnitine is the shuttle that carries the freed fat into your cells to actually get torched🏴☠️
Free the fat then make sure your body can actually burn it🏴☠️
Anyone running L-Carnitine on their cut whats your experience been🏴☠️

@Vrilzynski Opinion on L-Carnitine Tartrate as an AR receptor enhancer? (Though other benefits are associated with it)
English

Androgen Receptor Maxxing:
(Resistance training up-regulates AR density)
1: Lift Heavy:
Heavy compounds. 3-6 reps. Squats, presses. Big muscle, big load — this is the only signal that reliably upregulates AR density in tissue.
2. Train, then leave:
AR drops immediately post-session, then rebounds above baseline in recovery. The adaptation is not in the gym. It’s in the eight hours after. Men who live in the gym never let the rebound happen.
3. Manage Cortisol:
Cortisol and androgen compete for the same tissue. Chronic stress isn’t “bad for you” — it’s actively suppressing androgens. (cortisol management is already posted)
4. Sleep:
Most of your androgen production happens while you’re sleeping.
5. Dietary Fat:
25-30% of calories. Egg yolks. Red meat. Cholesterol is the raw material — steroid hormones are literally built from it. Low-fat men are chemically disarming themselves.
6. Healthy Bodyfat percentage:
Too soft: aromatization, Testosterone becomes estrogen. Too shredded: the whole axis shuts down. Contest lean is not a hormonal state, it’s a hormonal debt.
7. Stop buying receptor supplements:
Forskolin. D-aspartic acid. Herbal “AR upregulators.” Weak evidence in trained men. Zinc and vitamin D fix a deficiency and do nothing past sufficiency.
Nobody sells you the truth because the truth is free.

@peptidedaily_ I’ve used Follistatin, IGF-1 LR3, and MT-2, but not CJC w/DAC. I may use Follistatin again (I have a couple vials), I am using IGF-1, and I will never use MT-2 again. Never planned on using CJC w/DAC. 🤷♂️
English

Keep your reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator, but if you have to travel with no refrigerator... 2 weeks is the limit. 60-days is the max in refrigerator... but remember... this does not take into account sterilty risk, only degradation risk... I personally think keeping to 30-45 days is best.

@alexaaronlab Most was 8 mg for one week, dropped to 6 the next week, then to 4, then cruised at 2.
English

@ChaseIrons Started my first cycle at 200 for the first week, stopped at 300 by the fourth week. Ran 300 for a month, then reduce by 25 mg every two weeks down to 212/wk as my set point.
English

First cycle blueprint nobody wants to hear
Test only. 200-250mg/week. Split into daily 0.14mL shots with an insulin pin. Titrate up 50mg at a time and let your blood pressure tell you when to stop.
No orals. No stacking. No copying the guy who's been on for 16 years.
Did you start smart or did you start at 500? 👇

@zacsmithfitness My buddy is canceling his contract with his clinic for this very reason.
English

@fitcapbiohacker Tad, L-Citrulline, & L-Cartinine. Never go a day without them.
English

@BasedBiohacker I order from him and I am currently tracking the package. He’s very responsive and assured me along the process. 👍✅
English

i'm getting a lot of messages from people nervous about ordering directly from my contact in india, which is understandable. i am an internet stranger, and Pushpa is even more of an internet stranger.
but if you're nervous, hit him up on telegram (@ PushpaRaj072), tell him BASED sent you and ask to join the discord. it's filled with his buyers.
lemborexant, selegiline, nebivolol, accutane, tadalafil, cerebrolysin, testosterone, cypro, t3, t4, intranasal insulin, amantadine, memantine the list goes on.
he's the only person i trust to order from. he reships if seized. he's very friendly. and he's running this leg of his family's pharmaceutical company.
he's a family guy. and he'll treat you like it too.

English

@BasedBiohacker Some Var, Tad, and Cyp. If this goes well, I’m interested in some other offered products. 👍
