Spanking your kids is teaching them to resolve their emotional conflicts with violence. You’re not parenting them, you’re teaching them the same traumas your parents put on you. It’s time to evolve and teach kids to deal with their emotions in a meaningful and positive way.

I really didn’t want to say anything, but here we are… all afternoon the guy across the street has been out doing yard work completely shirtless like he’s at the beach, not in the middle of a neighborhood where families are out walking and kids are riding bikes, and I tried to ignore it at first because it’s not my business, but after hours of it it just starts to feel unnecessary and out of place, especially when this isn’t some private backyard tucked away, it’s right out in the open where everyone has to see it, and at that point it stops feeling casual and starts feeling uncomfortable, and yeah maybe some people won’t care, but not everyone wants to deal with that while just going about their day, so I ended up making a formal complaint just so there’s a record, because if it keeps happening it’s only going to make things more awkward for everyone around here.

@Asmongold You have the experiences of how not to raise a kid. Show raise your kids right and watch how much more of an impact you will have in the end. If it wasnt for the way you were raised. You wouldnt be you.

@Asmongold you probably won't read this, but just incase. A little advice from someone on the otherside. Find you a nice lady friend and have a child. So you can have the same experience your mom did. Which was doing something her child loved and it brought him joy in hell.
