Profs only have so much time for each of their many duties. Increased workload, unusually high student:faculty ratios, and large class sizes = less time per student. Sustainable workloads improve the quality of education for our students. #ONstrikeU @UOITFA @ontariotech_u

Faculty love to bring students into their research labs and hands-on teach them real-world skills. In refusing to credit this work, @ontariotech_u is disincentivizing and discouraging these efforts. Students, this takes opportunities away from YOU! @UOITFA #ONstrikeU
