Some very insightful presentations on stroke in the (EMS) Pre-hospital setting and the golden hour but consistency studies all discuss the 2nd golden hour (CTN) rather than the 1st. The 1st is often ignored with data showing the onset to call averaging >60 mins. WHY? #ESOC2019
