@OfficialHarwich It never ends well. Even if the situation is totally above board, it all goes belly up when the wealthy owners move on. I have painful experience from my own town club, Barry Town - it's taken 20 years to recover and, it only achieved this thanks to some generous fans.

Been spending my spare time this week creating an inventory of our Paranormal and History Reference books. After several days and still nowhere near completion, I've been reminded of why I first started this exercise back in 2011 and still haven't completed it.

At the southern point of our search we find this - 'The Washington Memorial Stone' Laid in 1928 for the Rev Lawrence Washington, the great great Grandfather of George Washington, the first President of the United States of America, who rests nearby in the church yard.
