I get the argument that we aren’t an attractive option to players who want CL and the best wages. But how do we explain Sunderland recruiting a better team than us in 1 summer after 8 years out of the division? Brentford losing 40 goals from their side, their captain and their manager & somehow recruited well enough to progress. Bournemouth losing their entire back line, but recruited so well that they progressed and their manager ended up at Liverpool. Nobody can tell me these are more attractive options than Newcastle or that they can pay higher wages. #NUFC #fblifestyle
