These videos were the single most expensive flex in labor history. Tech workers had the best negotiating position of any white-collar workforce in 50 years. Remote work, $250K+ comp, four-day work weeks, unlimited PTO. The only thing keeping that deal alive was ambiguity. Nobody outside tech knew exactly what the day looked like. Then thousands of people filmed it and posted it to the one platform where non-tech people actually hang out. Every "day in my life as a Google PM" video that showed two hours of real work became ammunition for every CFO building a layoff deck. Every CEO trying to justify RTO got a free highlight reel. Every recruiter benchmarking comp against "market rate" suddenly had video evidence that the market was overpaying. The negotiating leverage depended on information asymmetry. The TikToks destroyed it voluntarily. For free. For likes.

Nehru dissolved 7 state governments when he was the Prime Minister. Indira Gandhi dissolved 49 state governments when she was the Prime Minister. Rajiv Gandhi dissolved 6 state governments when he was the Prime Minister. Narasimha Rao dissolved 11 state governments when he was the Prime Minister. Manmohan Singh dissolved 11 state governments when he was the Prime Minister. After 2014, the Modi government has not dissolved a single state government... But, is Modi a dictator? Who says? A sticker government! Long live Bharat..

One of my friend got laid off from Oracle. Talked with him yesterday. His package was 37 lpa. Worked for the company for 10 years. Given his 100%. Contributed to the growth of the company. And what he got after 10 years - immediate termination without any notice or call. But he is still calm. He said "I am fine with this. Actually I am happy. Now I will not work for any IT company. I will focus on Farming. Will help my father and family in Farming." He has invested good amount of money while working 9-5. And he left his IT job happily. ( layoff made him happy 😊 ).

sleeping with a fan on is dangerous and most people do it every single night you thinking the breeze is keeping you cool and comfortable but it’s actually launching a silent attack on your respiratory system... when you sleep with moving air directed at you, it rapidly evaporates the moisture from your mouth and nasal passages. your body reacts to this extreme dryness in panic mode producing excess mucus to try and compensate. this is why so many people wake up feeling congested with a stuffy nose or a pounding headache but it gets worse; a fan doesn't just blow air it acts as a vacuum for dust and dead skin cells shooting them directly into your sinuses for eight hours straight the strangest part is taht sleeping with a fan can actually damage your eyes, many people sleep with their eyelids partially open without realizing it, that constant air flow dries out the surface of your cornea all night long leaving you with red and irritated eyes the moment you wake up.

Meghdoot (a messenger from the clouds) is a poem by Kalidasa, the 4-5th century Sanskrit author, considered as one of India's greatest poet and playwright. The large suspended black monsoon cloud acts a messenger for passengers transiting through a busy lounge. Using motifs, that almost makes the cloud look warped, the artist wants to shine light on the dire situation of global warming. The cloud also evokes unbound imaginations - why is the cloud becoming one with the earth rather than the sky? It brings back childhood memories of imagining familiar figures in the cloud formations, invoking Adbutha Rasa - joy and wonderment! The Artist believes her role in society is that of interpreting the contradictions present in society. She is therefore drawn to the usage of Charcoal as a medium which is a transition between wood and ash that similarly represents the modern societal contrasts. The next time you are at Terminal 2, be sure to capture the majestic Meghdoot and tag us! Artist: Shanthamani Muddhaiah Artwork: Meghdoot Medium: Wood Charcoal, Cotton rag pulp with Carbon fibre Location: T2, International Boarding Pier #BLRAirport #ArtAtTheHeartOfT2 #Terminal2 #Art #Airport

Suddenly, so many people are tweeting about Udaan Café and thanking Raghav Chadha for it. This cannot be random. It is clearly a paid campaign. Taking credit for someone else’s work is in the DNA of AAP leaders. Udaan Café was first inaugurated in December 2024 by Civil Aviation Minister @RamMNK at Kolkata Airport. It offers tea, coffee, a water bottle, one snack and one sweet dish at affordable prices. New age leaders like Raghav Chadha should not be doing this. But then, what else can one expect from someone who learned politics from Kejriwal.

So there is a milk e-lafda going around. Bringing some doodh ka dhulai here: 1. There is panic being created over coliform bacteria by saying it's from 💩, where is it coming from? Not human poop - cow dung. Cows in India are covered with dung almost all the time and since they sit on the ground, dung splatters etc etc, they usually have dung on their udders too. If you have ever seen someone milking a cow - you will see they splash water on the udder before milking. This is for a superficial wash. In India 99.9% cattle are milked by hand and the hands of those milking are almost always wet. Also washing of milking buckets is rudimentary. Coliform bacteria will be present in fresh milk - in mega quantity. (Hence milk is always boiled or heat treated before use - this sentence will keep repeating in this post) 2. Is coliform bacteria bad and what is done about it? Yes it's bad. (Hence milk is always boiled or heat treated before use - this sentence will keep repeating in this post) Heat treatment - there are two main methods. a) Basic stabilization via pasteurisation - this is a method that is used for rapid processing of large volumes of milk that is expected to be consumed fast - after boiling again. This treatment is principally to stabilize the milk for transport by simple cold chain between +2to5C - this method is not intended to sterilize the milk. Milk is heated to between +72-74C just before the protein begins to change from heat - hence the 'slightly raw feel'. The milk is held for less than 15 seconds at that temperature and rapidly cooled to fill in non-sterile polythene packets. This milk has to be refrigerated till use and shelf life is barely 24 hrs. Why is the shelf life low? Because this treatment is not enough to kill all bacteria and yeast. Some will survive and rapidly reproduce when the milk warms even slightly. The bacteria & yeast levels in this milk will fluctuate higher if two things happen - the milk heating time is less and if cold chain is not maintained. This milk must be boiled to above +85C before use to kill any remaining microorganisms. Also it has a built in safety valve - if it spoils it will curdle immediately on even slight heating. So never ever drink this milk raw from a packet even though it's fun, tasty (and I continue to do it sometimes cos it's fun 🤪). b) UHT (ultra high temperature) treatment - In this process milk is heat treated to a much higher temperature - even higher than boiling at home - +135C. It's completely sterile and packed in sterile tetrapaks or multilayer bags. This milk has a very long shelf life and can be had straight off the packet. 3. So this outrage over some test results should be taken seriously? For general knowledge yes. But boil the milk and use - you will be completely fine. Footnote: There is a lobby that is actively funding anti-dairy public agenda to promote plant/nut based 'milk'. I will not name this lobby for legal reasons. But be aware.

The most dangerous addiction of the modern world isn’t sugar. 🍬 It’s comfort. And the biggest addiction we practice every single day is right under our feet. 👣 For over 2 million years, our ancestors were endurance athletes. They ran after prey across African savannas. They walked thousands of kilometers across continents. And they did it without: • “Air” soles • Gel cushioning • “Miracle” arch supports • Thick padding They moved by landing on the front or midfoot. Your foot is a masterpiece of biological engineering — designed to work like a spring. 🦶 When you land naturally: • the foot arch stretches • the calf muscles lengthen • the Achilles tendon absorbs impact This is a perfect natural shock-absorption system. Then came the 1970s. The running boom. Shoe companies realized two things: 1. You can’t sell bare feet. 2. You can’t patent the ground. 🌍 So they created a “problem” — impact. And sold the “solution” — cushioning. 👟 Thick foam heels. “Arch support.” “Motion control.” It sounded like medicine. In reality, it was marketing — designed to sell plastic. 😔 And it changed the way we move. Soft heels taught people to do something that never happens in nature: 👉 land on the heel ‼️ This is called heel striking — and biomechanically, it’s a disaster. It bypasses the foot’s natural shock absorption. Impact travels straight: ➡️ to the calf ➡️ to the knee ➡️ to the lower back The shoe absorbs the feeling of impact, but your joints absorb the force. Even worse, “support” acts like a cast. Support a muscle — and it switches off. Squeeze the foot in a narrow shoe — and toe function atrophies. We traded strong, adaptable feet for weak, deformed “shells” — and there’s often no way back. It’s no coincidence that: • knee replacements • chronic back pain exploded at the same time “comfortable shoes” became the norm. Comfort is often harm disguised as convenience. When we understand this, we can make conscious choices — and question marketing claims. We can also take intentional steps to reverse the damage. The first step? Wake up the sleeping feet. ⚽👣 #Instagram - Physiotherapy 24/7

A cow eats 25kg of grass per day. That grass has already pulled CO2 from the atmosphere yesterday. The cow burps some methane (made from that yesterday-CO2). 12 years later, that methane breaks down into... CO2. Which grass absorbs tomorrow. It's a closed loop. A circle. No new carbon enters the system. Compare to your car: Burning carbon that was buried for 300 million years, releasing NEW carbon into atmosphere, creating actual accumulation. One is a cycle. One is extraction. But the cow gets blamed for climate change while you drive to the protest.

Stubborn belly fat DESTROYED in 8 weeks with lactoferrin - without changing ANYTHING 85% of people with “impossible to lose” belly fat actually have visceral fat triggered by bacterial toxins: • Gut endotoxins leak into bloodstream • Signal fat storage around internal organs • Becomes resistant to most weight loss methods (explaining why nothing works) Lactoferrin is one of the only natural compounds that targets belly fat by neutralizing the bacterial toxins driving fat accumulation Research: 300mg lactoferrin daily for 8 weeks eliminated 12.5% of visceral fat area and reduced waist by 4-5cm - participants made zero dietary changes (PMID: 20691130) The fat elimination process: gut bacterial toxins → signal visceral fat storage → lactoferrin neutralizes toxins → fat storage signals stop → body releases accumulated fat → belly shrinks naturally Protocol: 300mg lactoferrin taken on empty stomach 30 min before breakfast (purity above 95% essential - comment “BELLY” for verified sources)
