No one forced Hezbollah to join Hamas on October 8, or to join Iran in Operation Epic Fury. 3. No one forced Iran to attack Israel with ballistic missiles in response to the elimination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh. Israel has a clear duty to respond forcefully to any attack on its sovereign territory, whether from Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, or any other front.
