@flushingitgolf It’s March btw. Never said he didn’t grind or work hard but so do most Americans for much less. The guy gets to travel the world playing golf. I get it’s not always glamorous but he could never make a cut again and is set for life. He will be ok.

After starting the year with 2 top 10s to qualify for the Arnold Palmer and The Players, Joel Dahmen missed both those cuts and had to get an Uber to Monday Qualifying for the Valspar. He missed at qualifying, but got in the field anyway as an alternate and now has shot rounds of 72 and 70 to make the cut. After the round, he spoke about how grounding life on the PGA Tour can sometimes be: “Look, life on the PGA Tour is amazing. Wouldn't trade it for anything but also people probably don't see behind the scenes as much and so I got the family on the road, which is great, but it also can be difficult when you drive across the state on Sunday, get into a new place, you have to unpack, get them all ready, got to get groceries in the house, all those little things, thankfully my wife does most of that. “But then I had a 9:30 tee time and it was about an hour away and we didn't have another car. So I didn't have time to grab another one. So it was just Uber was the best option and yeah, so it's a lot different from, you know, the steak and wine and The Players clubhouse and an amazing week to driving to Brooksville to Monday. “And I hadn't had to do that in a while, thankfully, but the game humbles you quickly but also can recenter you and ground you and, yeah, I mean I didn't play well there on Monday either, but you knew I had a good chance of getting in the field and so it was nice little reset to hit some striped range balls on not a perfect golf course and realize how lucky we are to be out here on tour.” He’s currently 65th on the FedEx Cup Standings and will be hoping to go low this weekend and improve on that.

@Antunes1 Getting slapped is bad, but calling cops over a small slap just shows how online fame is ruining common sense and making people turn every tiny fight into a police case.

@Mike_kim714 @LukeKerrDineen This just isn’t true at all. As someone who’s done thousands of fittings, steep AOA is usually associated with a negative club path.

@LukeKerrDineen The more down aoa goes the more right the path goes so that’s a tricky thing to achieve. And if it’s something you’ve been trying to do for a while but the club won’t do it, you’re prob trying to do the wrong thing or gotta think about it in a very different way.

Day infinity of me trying to get the AoA more down and the path more left AoA good on this one though. Striped it

Aberg just needs to learn how to win and once he does he will win lots of times. I love his action, but like every swing it has an Achilles heel that needs managing. Here’s what creates his issues under pressure 👍🙌

@Glanzyspudding @MWPutters @Golfingbrock Is there a statistical advantage to having a long putter? Is there even a statistical advantage to anchoring? If there was, wouldn’t more players do it?

@MWPutters @Golfingbrock I honestly believe that he believes he is not anchoring it. In other words, I don't believe he thinks he is getting away with something. Now, whether or not he is actually anchoring by rule🤷🏼‍♀️. Simple solution, no putter over 40" long. This only puts Brian Harmon at risk.
