The Waqf amendment act,2025 is a welcome step but there are still certain draconian provisions which remain in the waqf act 1995. I have challenged the draconian provisions of waqf act 1995 in the Supreme Court.

धार-भोजशाला मामले में माननीय इंदौर हाई कोर्ट ने हिंदू पक्ष को पूजा का अधिकार दिया, ए.एस.आई. के 7 अप्रैल 2003 के आदेश को आंशिक रूप से रद्द किया और यह भी माना कि भोजशाला परिसर राजा भोज का है।

The sc has stayed important provision sec 3(c) of Waqf amendment act,2025. Firstly the amendment act was itself was incomplete and a little relief which was given by the legislation pertaining to govt properties has also been stayed. The sc has trangressed its powers by staying the statute and this order is discriminatory. On waqf issue i do not agree either by the amendment (completely) or by the sc order. There was no hearing on waqf act, 1995.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वक्फ संशोधन अधिनियम, 2025 की धारा 3(c) के महत्वपूर्ण प्रावधान पर रोक लगा दी है। सबसे पहले, संशोधन अधिनियम स्वयं अधूरा था और सरकारी संपत्तियों से संबंधित कानून द्वारा दी गई थोड़ी राहत पर भी रोक लगा दी गई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस कानून पर रोक लगाकर अपनी शक्तियों का अतिक्रमण किया है और यह आदेश भेदभावपूर्ण है। वक्फ मुद्दे पर मैं न तो संशोधन से पूर्ण रूप से सहमत था और न ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश से सहमत हूँ। वक्फ अधिनियम, 1995 पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई।
