Had some time to settle with the jumpstart changes, so the build has been updated: 520625 (It's on the front page of Victor builds now, thanks guys!!)
Jumpstart no longer purging debuffs has made Dispel Magic a priority, and I've found radiant regen extremely helpful as well (thanks @Parzelion !)
The big issue I ran into is that this build excels at snowballing in MM, running down a walker at 12-15 minutes with Infuser + ult and killing it in 1 go, but with Torment Pulse before Infuser, it delays it just enough to make the first walker no longer an easy target, so still experimenting with TP after Infuser.
Escalating and Ethereal Shift are also moved earlier, Escalating because now with Radiant Regen + Dispel Magic before it now, it's hard to delay any longer, it really becomes time to get some damage going at that point in the game. Ethereal mainly for debuffs and ult dodges.
The jumpstart changes have proven to be a big issue for me, but I'm right back on track with these adjustments. Victor mains/regulars should have an easy time adapting here.

Just published my first build in ages for Victor: 520625 This hero is absurdly easy; it's all about understanding EXACTLY how & how much Pain Battery, Jumpstart & Infuser will heal you. Victor can push the damage limit harder than any other hero in the game, and knowing when you're about to hit the limit is the "skill" of the hero. Play passive in lane until you get Ult & Torment Pulse, then push hard to take the guardian. Use your ult very aggressively in lane to take the guardian. Once you have infuser/ult go find an enemy walker and stand under it until it dies and farm. Join fights when ult is up. You can 1v1 anyone you have even/more net worth than when you get Infuser. If the game goes long enough for you to get Escalating Exposure its GG. 1v6 their team. If you get hit with silences/curse buy Ethereal Shift. Any questions just ask. Will keep it updated if it gets use!

Made it to tomorrow for semi-finals and potentially grand finals. Has been a ton of fun and proud of the squad. Can catch tomorrows games at 2pm est for more deadlock :D

@MaximumGaximum Focus on 1-3 heroes and stick to them to make it easier to learn the game/heroes. Makes it so you don't have to overwhelm yourself with items, abilities, macro. Also remember to have fun :D
