Life update: I feel so out of touch with crypto that i haven't known what to tweet or write for weeks. However, I've been studying a lot on email marketing and building case studies on how crypto businesses have successfully utilized it (maybe/not including CEXs with their $5 signup reward emails) A few businesses that I'm looking at currently are; • @AcctualTeam (great product by the way, their acquisition email caught my attention) • @leonabboud and Unfungible(dot)xyz (noticing things with how they've got great lead magnets) • @blockfestafrica + @TheNirvanAcad (noticed how they're using newsletters to nurture their communities, s/o to @thecryptoreo) • @Boogas (they did a lot of early experiments and are now using newsletters; valuable data) • @xodotmarket (curious about their promotional emails) Unlike conventional guerrilla marketing tactics in crypto, email allows you own your audience and sell to them directly. If you're interested in learning more about how email works for crypto businesses, stick around...I'll be sharing more content on YouTube soon. And if you're leading/running/marketing a crypto business, I'd like to know your thoughts on owning your marketing channels. I made a 3-minute survey for that. forms.gle/hpAcAyv2fLgVt1… You can opt in to receive the results of the survey as well. Gm.

Who remembers 2020 when KuCoin got hacked? If I can recall correctly, over $280M was lost. People were supposedly tracking the hacker’s wallet in real time. Every of their attempt to move funds. That’s blockchain. But here’s the uncomfortable truth If that level of visibility exists for us It exists for hackers too. And I don’t think a lot of us really think about that. Because right now, most of what we do on-chain is fully exposed. Your activity can be followed. Your transactions can be analyzed. Your financial behavior can be studied over time. And as Web3 keeps growing, Which I don’t think it will ever stop, We’re not just dealing with tokens anymore. I’ve said it in the video I’ve made posts on X about it I’ve even said it in my sleep We’re moving into real use cases, Payments Identity Ownership Even sensitive data So the real question is… How do we keep using blockchain without exposing everything? That’s where @MidnightNtwrk comes in. Midnight Network is building a system where you don’t have to give up your privacy to use Web3. With features like: → Zero Knowledge proofs: prove something without revealing the data → Selective disclosure: you control what people can see → Privacy focused smart contracts apps that don’t expose sensitive info It changes how applications are built… And more importantly, how users interact with them. Instead of everything being public by default You actually decide for yourself You decide what matters. And if you’re curious about actually trying this out @riseinweb3 is currently hosting the INTO the Midnight Hackathon. I can’t elaborate on this enough It’s a chance to explore how all of this works and even build something yourself. Getting started is simple: → Sign up on Rise In here (risein.com) → Join the hackathon → Follow the learning path → Set up your tools + connect your wallet → Get test tokens (tDUST) → Start building or experimenting That’s it. No complicated entry. Just an opportunity to understand where Web3 is heading next. Because going forward… It’s not just about being transparent. It’s about having control over your privacy. It’s about the TRUTH. Together we RISE in Web3 You can check them out on their official links: X: x.com/midnightntwrk?… Telegram:t.me/Midnight_Netwo… Discord:discord.com/invite/midnigh… Website: midnight.network

@MartinsQuirk Yes, exactly Tech and infra alone isn't enough, you need ethos too man. Check around CT, everyone is almost always talking about "we built the infra, wen mass adoption" and all the likes

@Pascal_x0 Does this mean Tech alone isn't enough to win? To be accepted by the rest of the world, the crypto industry needs more than just fancy software

Crypto as a developing industry is way ahead in tech and infrastructure, but still lags terribly behind in ethos. It explains why everyone in crypto knows the newest shiny new tech months before normies do. But also why normies irk when crypto people try to do anything else.

listening to a founder explain their go-to-market (GTM)... only to realize it’s just a go-to-token (GTT) strategy in a trench coat.

You know what's really eating me inside? Imagine a Web3 Marketing Interview: Round 1: culture fit Round 2: take home task (unpaid, 8 hours to 3 days) Round 3: present your strategy to the team Round 4: meet the founders Round 5: we went with someone internal/ hired someone better The job was never real, was it, and if it was, I really wanna see the CV of the person that was "the right fit"

@hogxbt If you were 19, I'd add that crypto folks dont have skin in the game and rather like to transfer risk instead. And normies hate that

@hogxbt You know how everyone talks about AI and new, big, shiny computers right? Turns out people in crypto are always the first to know about them. But invesersly, when normies see anything 'crypto related', they're irritated because crypto folks lack the structure that they have.

@oxpaps Beautiful philosophy man. I think the quote in itself just tells of the possibilities and not probabilities (if we go down thay rabbit hole, a good reference is the parable of the sower in the bible) Edit; 'We can do great things from a small place; only if the soil is fertile'

We Can Do Great Things From Small Places That’s Not Entirely True. Not because great things can’t come from small places they can and do. But the statement we repeat leaves out the key part. The soil matters deeply. A seed doesn’t choose where it falls; some land in rich, fertile ground homes, education, networks while others land in hard, cracked earth poverty, instability, danger. Both seeds have potential, but without the right conditions, potential rarely materializes. The statement we should really be saying is this: Great things can begin from small places but only when the world stops pretending that all small places are the same. So no. The statement isn’t entirely wrong. But it isn’t entirely right either.

Big day for me! So happy to finally announce the public launch of my first project on TON and Telegram. Meet Hoton.tg I vibe coded this whole thing in about a week. Just me and a couple of late nights. Been making small refinements since then. Here’s the thing. Every time you buy Telegram Premium or Stars through the app, Apple and Google silently take a 30% cut of your money. That never sat right with me. So I built something that cuts them out completely. Now you save up to 40% on every purchase. In some regions, that goes up to around ~60% discount. Been in this ecosystem since 2019. Seven years watching TON grow from the ground up. Shipping this hits different. Ohh, and if you share your referral link, you earn 35% of every purchase made through it. All tracked onchain. Fully transparent. This is the beginning. I'm just getting started. More interesting features shipping soon. 🫡
Hoton@hoton_tg

Hoton.tg is now live! Buy Telegram Stars and Premium up to 50% cheaper than in-app purchase. No sign-up. No KYC. Just connect your TON wallet. The services we offer now: › Telegram Stars › Telegram Premium › TON top-ups Why it's cheaper: When you buy Premium & Stars inside Telegram, Apple and Google take a 30% cut. Hoton.tg skips that entirely and passes the savings to you. Earn while you share: Refer friends and earn 35% of every purchase they make. Automatic, verifiable on-chain, no trust required. Start now → hoton.tg

@abelonchain Same guys yeah, esp. if thr context is taking AI and simulating its usecases to either of both extremes; • It can replace a full team of human marketing professionals • It can replace the you who's lazy to remember your 5 clients Same guys to me😅

I don’t understand people who use complex systems and agents when they have less than 5 clients When I say systems, I mean reminder for follow up, calls, constantly updating everything somewhere when it can be easily remembered, things like that If you can’t remember shit about 5 people… You don’t stand a chance to make it anyway
