Late celebration with friends. I’ve never been one to celebrate my birthday. But coincidentally, my partner and I have the exact same birthday. So she brings the joy and life to this occasion. Thanks again for all the messages I got this week. Wishing you all health and love.

Start transcribing your calls and mine key ideas using AI. You’re sitting on an infinite well of content ideas. Points you’ve made, opinions you’ve given, and debates you’ve had. These are your best content pieces. You just have to mine them from your calls.

@notmissing_ The time it takes fable to generate anything would have allowed you to do 5 revisions with 5.6. Don't you agree?

@leonabboud Unfortunately it has a pretty high rate of mistakes compared to Fable But it’s a very solid model and honestly it seems like Grok is starting to catch up as well We’ll see big fights

A very large part of entrepreneurship is a game of psychology. If your head is not fully in the game, that trickles down and affects the entire business. Your content consistency drops: Leads slow. How you show up on calls with clients and prospects goes down: Close rate and retention drops. How you lead your team get affected: Team culture and moral collapse. And the quality of the decisions you make take a hit. That's also why entrepreneurship is the world's hardest career. You're managing a million things, you're context switching all day, your entire team depends on you, and you can't allow yourself to go through a performance slump. That's why I have tremendous respect for every and all founders.

No amount of money can make up for an unhealthy lifestyle and and unhealthy social and family life. Always work hard af! But make sure you're always healthy and invest in your friendships and relationships. The above will make you all the more productive and dangerous.
Gary Vaynerchuk@garyvee

I know people making $8 million a year that are fucking miserable and hate their life. and I have friends who make $67,000 a year, loving life.. four softball teams and love it. I don’t give a fuck how much money you make. Do you feel pumped as fuck when you wake up??

Dudes will spend $3k on ads, $500 on outreach, and post daily for 2 months. Then sign a client and have no idea which channel sent them. Next month, they'll spend the same money on the same channels and waste 90% of it. The importance of tagging your lead sources.

I’ve also come to learn that getting enough sleep is 90% discipline and 10% a busy schedule. “I want to sleep more but need to be up at 7.” “Okay, what time do you sleep?” “1am.” “Why?” “Because I like to watch netflix before bed.” Bro just turn the TV off at 10 and sleep!
Leon Abboud@leonabboud

Haven’t had less than 8 hours nights, 7.5 on worst days, in 5 years now! And I train daily, work a lot, and have a social life. Stop making excuses, get some sleep folks!

If you're in ecom or running ads for your agency... And your LTV : CAC looks great, but your cash or profits don't, then you want to read this... Everyone is now tracking this relation after Hormozi started talking about it. But in most of the audits I do, it's tracked completely wrong. So you may think you're hitting KPIs, but you're actually not, which is why your cash / profit isn't there. Most common reasons I see: 1. LTV only looks at Revenue, not "Gross Profit". Hitting 3 : 1 can easily become break-even/loss making when you include delivery costs. 2. Gross Profit is incomplete. This should capture ALL delivery / product costs. Including refunds, chargebacks, shipping costs, fees, etc. It's a lot more than just the direct product or delivery team costs. 3. CAC only looks at ad spend. This should include agency fees, sales team salaries/commissions, CRM fees, etc. It's usually higher than you think. 4. Generalised across products/services... different services or products have different LTV and CAC metrics. It can be hard to attribute CAC fully, but don't let your winners fund the losers. 5. No Payback Period included. If you have crazy long retention (12+ months), you might think you can afford a really CAC. But if you only recoup your CAC 6+ months in, you will have cash issues. Your payback period is just as important. You can get all of this data from your bookkeeping software and sales platforms / payment processors. Just need to set up the tracking once. Can DM me if you want a quick review of your setup.
