Before dating any woman, I asked my mom what I should look for in a woman. I thought she would say: Low body count No guy friends Don’t go to clubs But instead she said this:

My man said something to me that really stuck. He told me, “I’m not here to control you. I’m not your dad, I’m your partner. You’re free to make your own choices. Just understand that every choice has consequences. If you choose something that damages what we’ve built, that’s on you.” He said, “I’ll always tell you when something hurts me or crosses a boundary, because that’s what healthy communication looks like. But if you keep stepping over the line after I’ve shown you where it is, then you were never really protecting us to begin with.” And honestly, that’s what accountability in a relationship sounds like.

I can’t prove it, but I’m 100% sure about this: CZ dumped alts to save himself and Binance. With the kind of global network he has, knowing who’s buying, who’s selling, what’s coming next, it’s almost impossible he didn’t see this beforehand. He protected himself, Binance stayed on top, the alt market got wiped… and that’s exactly why he’s still on the richest list in the world. This is how the world works, you just can’t make this up.

2023, I missed my convocation. I missed my induction. I don’t have a single group picture with my lecturers or the people I graduated with. I couldn’t go for NYSC I didn't celebrate anything I couldn't afford it. I’ve never really “done life” the way people assume. I didn’t go on my first date until this year never been to the beach, never been to the cinema, never really had fun. Everyone looks at me when I say these things. Before that, a lady once offered to take me out because I told her I had never experienced it. She didn’t mind paying I even said I don't have money to come down to the island, she said she will order an uber. I felt uncomfortable, worried, even scared. I chickened out and said no I felt like a useless man, I couldn't afford shit. Not because I didn’t want to go, but because something about it just reminded me of where I was financially. Then this February, I finally went on my first date. I paid for everything. Spent money I normally wouldn’t. So when people say “men should stop faking maturity and celebrate themselves,” it sounds nice, but it’s not the full picture. A lot of guys are not avoiding joy. We just don’t have the leverage for it. Most men in Nigeria are broke. That’s the reality. Not lazy, not unwilling, just financially constrained. We miss moments, not because we don’t care, but because we can’t afford to show up for them. This might be the 1st year I’ll actually celebrate my birthday the way I want, and I’m doing it properly. I’ll go out, hit the beach, enjoy myself this time. Not because I suddenly became a different person, but because I finally can. I also celebrated Valentine's Day for the first time. Documenting everything is fun when you have money to pay for it. A lot of us want to celebrate with friends and family. We want those memories. We want to show up fully. But poverty quietly takes those moments away and replaces them with survival. That’s why I’ve always tried to position myself to help people break out of it. Because poverty is deeper than money. It steals experiences, confidence, and even the ability to enjoy life. God bless the women, that came into my life 😭😭 I can finally say afford to do things.

One of the reasons poverty is deep in Nigeria is this The people we meet daily are dishonest, lying, satanic demons who believe their only way to success is to cheat you I know at least 2 people who can open 10 barbing salons, get cars for Uber, open shops, etc etc. They have the money to do so But they are refusing to open one business because the employees will cheat them as they have always done So many people with money are on this table. they are scared of opening businesses that will employ people and reduce poverty because the people that will be employed will come with the mindset to steal and wreck things Everyone is tying up their money in real estate, stocks, REITS in America, etc. Nobody is creating Jobs. The average Nigerian does not trust the average Nigerian

When a Google employee dies, the company offers one of the most generous safety nets in corporate America. A spouse receives 50% of the salary for 10 years, plus all vested stock. Children get $1,000 per month until age 19 (or longer if they're full-time students), and the benefit applies even to new hires. Google makes one thing clear family security isn't a perk it's a responsibility

Signs that you are living in a low quality house - You see ants - You see rats - You see termites - You are scared of seeing snakes inside - You need to turn on the light during the day time - You need AC all the time to cool down - You have low water pressure - You have wet walls - Rough tiles are absent where you should have them - No smoke extractor in the kitchen - No door frames on both sides of internal doors - Rooms are not semi-sound proof when the doors are closed - The ceilings are not properly high If you are paying rent that is over the roof and your house matches any of these descriptions, go and find a better house to rent

Two things are happening right now. 1. People are doom scrolling 4-5 hours a day. Brains are turning into mush. People cannot sit with a hard problem for 10 minutes. 2. People are using Al for everything. They cannot write a simple email without ChatGPT. They can't do basic math. They can't think independently.

Adulthood ya weyrey gan. All my life, I've dreamed of getting a gaming laptop. Over a year ago I got one. Zephyrus M16. An absolute beast with core 19, rtx 3070 and 32gb of ram. It runs God of war and any new game flawlessly with decent framerate. I never play any game on the system for the past 4 months. Not once in this year and I use the system regularly. Adulthood mad gan.

ETH must Decouple. Now. Ethereum’s valuation must decouple because it is increasingly misclassified as part of a homogeneous “crypto asset class.” In reality, ETH is closer to a hybrid of digital commodity, settlement infrastructure, software innovation layer, and economic bandwidth provider. As institutional understanding matures, capital will differentiate between speculative tokens and foundational infrastructure. When that happens, ETH will be evaluated using frameworks analogous to global infrastructure, financial rails, and even sovereign-grade trust systems, not meme-driven market cycles. Decoupling is not a speculative hope; it is the logical outcome of proper classification. Ethereum is not a “better blockchain” within the same category. It is a different category altogether. Its valuation trajectory will ultimately reflect the scale of the economic system it underpins, not the sentiment cycles of the assets it is mistakenly grouped with.
