My friend Rondale Moore would have turned 26 years old today. I wanted to make a post in his memory and remind everyone that mental health matters. It doesn’t care if you’re rich or poor, young or old, famous or unknown. It can affect anyone. No matter what we accomplish in life, nothing is more important than our mental health.
