@timscoreboard @queenofaerobics I make mine in water and add psyllium husk, chia seeds, milled flaxseed, whey protein, blueberries and raspberries. I then add greek yoghurt and sone honey once the porridge is cooked. I’m soooooo healthy….(I’m drinking wine now for balance ) 😊😁😇
