Banking on inheritance is a really bad strategy. It won’t last if you’re trying to “live well” for 20 years. In the nicest way possible this might be one of the worst financial decisions you can make. You need 20x-25x more money to even sniff retiring at this age. If you can make half a million in 3 months then do that for the next 5 years then think about retiring! Good luck!
