This has been a harrowing experience. Not one person in your team has taken ownership and completed this case end-end. Its a simple process that could have been done in a week.
@airindia@rajeshdogra7 you should read this case, it will be an interesting one.
3 months on one case and still no resolution. One person shrugs responsibility to another. In all this while the passenger is literally made to beg for what is his.
@airindia 3 months later the process is not completed. You closed the case. And no one replies. Heck, when I call customer care they just wait out the call and put me on hold for 30min.

I was told on 22nd June this was done and I would get refund in 10-14 business days.
Now your agent tells me "Oh! actually we only initiated on 5th Aug, please wait another 10-14 days".
