@raquelbarron Apparently they are somewhat related, the term 'fibroadenoma with pericanalicular pattern' were used in the past for TA, but it is not recommended by WHO anymore. In the bluebooks it is in a chapter different from fibroepithelial tumors, but I guess there is some overlap hahaha

➡️ If prominent xanthomatous change, if CK+ think of xanthogranulomatous epithelial tumor (XGET) ➡️ RNA seq highlights characteristic HMGA2::NCOR2.

A cluster of malignant squamous cell dissecting the muscular wall of a blood vessel. The lumen shows a fibrin thrombi, without cancer cells (at least in this section). Does it count as vascular invasion or not?
