Ukraineflüchtlinge Meine Frau und ich haben bei Kriegsbeginn im Februar 2022 eine uns unbekannte ukrainische Mutter und ihre 16-jährige Tochter - natürlich völlig unentgeltlich - für etwa fünf Monate bei uns aufgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr für die Beiden eingesetzt: Die Mutter hatte nach zwei Monaten eine Arbeitsstelle, ihre Tochter konnte das Gymnasium besuchen; fast jeden Abend Nachhilfe in Physik, Chemie, Mathematik, Sprachen; Finanzierung eines vierwöchigen Sprachaufenthalts in Nizza; Kauf aller Kleider, Laptop, ÖV-Kosten etc. Unterstützung durch die Gemeinde: Null. Resultat aus unserer Sicht: eine völlige Enttäuschung. Eines Tages sind die Beiden ohne Abschied einfach ausgezogen. Seither haben wir nichts mehr von ihnen gehört. Im Nachhinein frage ich mich, ob diese Aktion im Sinne des grösseren Ganzen nicht völlig kontraproduktiv war.
