Breaking: New filings in Karen Read's Superior Court Case (retrial). -Defense is seeking all communications made by Norfolk DA Michael W. Morrissey from his personal email address and/or cell phone re: the Read Case. The defense cites a letter from Aidan Kearney's attorney Mark Bederow that says DA Morrissey used his personal email to influence court decisions involving Kearney. -A second defense filing requests that transcripts from sidebars that occurred during Read's first trial be released.

Update - Jill Daniels was arraigned this morning in Stoughton District Court. Her lawyer, the father of @attorneykrowski, who is at least 100 years old, obejcted to a stay away order on Daniels for assaulting me. He knows she can't stay away from me if I go to Canton. The judge told him he disagreed in the strongest terms possible. Krowski also insisted that I am not a victim, that I be referred to as the "complainant", and that it was my fault because I traveled from Holden to CF McCarthy's. I actually traveled from Boston to do my job and get a meal of food, but that's besides the point. I can go wherever I feel like and Jill Daniels chose to come to where I was and assault me. Ultimately he lost. Justice is coming.

@ArtCandee I would like to know why he was overly concerned about getting his hat? No one seems to have mentioned it. What was special about that hat? What was inside/under the hat? I have ideas of my own.

While I don't agree with everything that Rosie O'Donnell is saying...I do share some of the same questions... Why haven't we seen the ER report? Staff members at Premier Dental Group in Knoxville, TN were filmed laughing at the diary of a cancer patient. The diary discussed the patient's concerns with treatment options and surgeries. The dental office released a statement on Facebook before scrubbing their entire page. "We deeply regret this incident and the hurt has caused. We take this matter very seriously. We have initiated a thorough investigation into the incident and are taking immediate steps to address it." "The employees involved have been addressed and we are reviewing our internal policies and training procedures to ensure that such an incident does not happen again."
