Children need sleep. It is common sense.
Waking up your children at 4 am to go to school is ignorance.
Pre-teens (9 to 12 years old) should be asleep by 9 pm and wake up at 6 am.
Early schoolers (5 to 8 years old) should be asleep by 8 pm and wake up at 6 am.
Preschoolers (3 to 5 years old) should be asleep by 8 pm and wake up at 7 am.
Toddlers should sleep. They should not go to any school or day care.
Children must all take a 30-minute to 1-hour afternoon nap.
Sleep is necessary for brain development, hormonal health and mental hygiene.
We are raising human beings, not robots.

I just saw a video of this girl and the kind of life she was living, with money, flying from Kisumu to Mombasa and other places. Some men are married to jealous wives who can do anything to you. Also, the man giving you that money may have a life you don’t really understand, and in the end, you could end up being the sacrifice he has been waiting to offer to the “cult” he gets his money from. What I can tell young campus girls is not to try to live beyond their means using other men’s money.
