@murrayf00te First, you create an inaccurate, fantasy analysis of English politics, then say “make it make sense “. You’re right - your analysis is nonsense.

So England voted out the Tories because they were a disaster. While England was giving Labour a chance to disappoint them, the same Tories changed their name to Reform. Now England has again voted for the disastrous former Tories under a different name. Make it make sense.

@ammacj You choose to define publications as pro unionist because they do not fill their pages with pro independence propaganda. I, and many like me, am open to the idea of independence, but l’m appalled at the lack of respect shown to other opinions.

The wee Derry/Londonderry boy (unclear what he identifies as) @Feargal_Sharkey bumping his gums about Scotland again before an election while England bathes in sewage...he's obviously in the pay of his British handlers....clean water champion my arse.

When you see the relentless attacks from other parties on the Greens across the media remember this: They hate our plan to end Rip Off Britain. They don't want a wealth tax. They don't want public ownership & lower bills. They're trying everything in their power to stop us.

Two days until the election and the choice is clear. I want to urgently cut the cost of living, with lower bus fares and cheaper essential foods, and secure the fresh start of independence for Scotland. Other parties only talk about stopping us. #BothVotesSNP this Thursday. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

@ScottishSun @staylorish You seem to be implying that l said “bad words” about Screen Scotland. I disagree. If the BFI claimed that the grant funding for a project came solely from the Lottery, it would be a reasonable question to pose.

@ScottishSun @staylorish I note that Screen Scotland are saying that the 500k came from the Lottery. I wonder if they can demonstrate that Lottery funds in their possession are ring-fenced and kept separate from all other funding.

Why would a millionaire Lord, living in England, running a successful business and director of 70 other companies, want to be an MSP in a pretendy wee devolved parliament? How would he find the time? One thing for sure: it's not for the benefit of Scotland or Scottish people.
Fergie@Fergie_CJ

@AdamCC92 @rowan9sam Yes, Companies House is always interesting. You really have to wonder how a guy living in England with 70 company directorships, running his own company on top would find time to be FM of Scotland. And why he'd want to be.

If I needed to prove a point by confirming a message had been sent, I'd at least copy the original as evidence. But if it was a private message, I'd keep it private. Shades of Sturgeon. #SNP #Swinney

The problem with Offord's bragging about his assets is that he made his money BY using money. Fundamentally wrong and unjust in my view.

Remarkable personal attack from Graham Simpson on Anas Sarwar. Says he thinks the Scottish Labour leader has "cracked", "lost the plot" and needed to "sort himself out" Adds the two were friends when Convenor and Deputy on the Public Audit Committee, but no more after today...

@PatrickCammy @staylorish One last try. I agree with everything you say in relation to elections. My point is in relation to single issue referenda. It is clearly undemocratic to repeat a referendum until the result changes, and at that point to call the result the settled will of the people.

@Patrick03335000 @staylorish Your point makes no sense, though. In a democracy, there shouldn’t be a permanent “settled will.”People should be able to change their mind. Also, people should be able to vote;I had family who voted during Brexit who have died & others who were too young to vote then, but are >18 now

@Patrick03335000 @staylorish That’s literally what democracy is: traditionally, every 4 years, the Greens postulate a climate-based manifesto; tories to conserve & maintain the status quo;Labour, pre Blair, to benefit the working-class;& indy parties to achieve indy. The electorate then votes for what they want
