Players with: High minutes in a short period Frequent starts without rotation Intense schedules …will start to drop off, even if everything looks “green.” Don’t just check condition — manage workload. Rotate smarter. Rest earlier. Sub sooner. Hidden fatigue is real. To track this, you can add the Match Load column: Right-click on any column in the squad/tactics screen → Go to Fitness and Injuries → Select Match Load (You’ll see exactly how overloaded your players really are.)
