@BlueJays The type of loss a manager should be fired for. We all saw what was happening with Hoffman, we can see how it was going to end. Should have taken him out sooner, not after it was too late to do so.

@sidseixeiroshow I'm feeling like the @GoldenKnights have a great culture and structure in their organization. They don't let the inmates run the asylum. You buy in or you are out. Paul and the group can no longer dictate things and Mitch is just left to do what does best. Play hockey.
