@SP_EnergyPeople I have tried to switch providers twice and you have objected the request. Yet when I phone you, you say there should not be a reason!! Can you please explain why I cannot leave your service?!
@SP_EnergyPeople I still have a faulty meter and you have not responded to my emails or messages. On the phone I get cut off.
This is absolutely unacceptable!
I am unable to pay for my electricity and am concerned we will be cut off again. This issue has persisted since aug '22
@SP_EnergyPeople I have had issues with my meter since August last year and am still unable to pay for my energy! Despite my efforts to resolve this. Can I speak to somebody please?!
@ScottishPower our electricity has been shut off without warning! We have been on hold all day and are cut off after each 1 hour. None of the chat options work. The issue is that the serial no. on our account is wrong so we cannot pay the account.
We URGENTLY need help!
