Confession of a urologist: On a full day of clinic it isn't usually the complexity of decision making that results in fatigue. Its the sheer number.. multiple decisions for most encounters multiplied by X number of visits can be very tiring

Young guy with no sig PMH wants IPP. Says failed meds, ICI, VED, etc. Normal penile doppler. Refuses sex therapy. Upon further questioning, turns out no real ED, just doesn’t like length of refractory period. Do you still proceed w IPP?@clavelluro @kjdelay1 @alextatem @J_W_Lucas
