Honestly, Umar Ardo, I don’t understand your grouse with NDC. All of us went through the same registration process, and you know the 12-point checklist INEC gave us the last eight parties standing during the INEC verification exercise. You and I know the reason why the Amupitan-led INEC stopped our registration from going through. Now we know it was because of the suspicion of who they think we represent, and also because they do not  want us to meet election requirements. That is why they cut us off for frivolous reasons that can easily be amended,  By now, we know why the Green Future Party that I am chairman and ADA that you too is chairman were also not registered and are still in court appealing the judgment. NDC did not start at the same time with us; you know that. Their own process started in 2017, and because of a frivolous reason, INEC refused their registration then. However, in 2025/2026, the court ruled in their favour and directed INEC to register them. Are you not supposed to be happy for the only new opposition party with a clean slate? So now that we — I mean your party, mine, and others — are still in court over our cases, if one day we win, which I believe we will, and one person starts shouting without remembering where this journey started from, what then? Please, you and I know that NDC is clean. Don’t gaslight or deceive Nigerians; we both went through the process, sir. Let us face our own problems and thank God for the party that escaped Tinubu’s INEC. Fellow Nigerians, NDC is clean. Although I don’t know the signs and wonders President Tinubu is doing all over the place to frustrate the remaining parties. President Goodluck has now become fashioned against us by APC and at this rate what the APC government cannot do does not exist!! If it were easy to decapitate NDC, trust Emilokan, they would have done it. Mr. Umar, let us rejoice that God gave us a new party that APC’s hand has not been able to suppress. Please, all these weapons fashioned against NDC... Biko, Ejoo, Abeg, leave NDC alone. Let them breathe!!!

I think there is a deliberate attempt by @inecnigeria to disenfranchise a lot of people because you all remember when they said everybody should update their voter card. How can you update something that is permanent? But when people reacted, they later said it had been canceled. But two days ago, I needed to transfer my voter card because I relocated to a new place. Then I tried to search my voter status on the INEC portal, and it wasn't found. It wasn't found. I had to go to the INEC office to do the transfer. But up to now, I still can't find my voter status on the INEC portal. Also coming online, I have seen a lot of people complaining about the same thing. Please, @inecnigeria, what is happening? I hope you are not trying to do anything funny come 2027.

My Opposition to NDC’s Registration Not About Peter Obi, But Stopping a National Fraud - Ardo I reached out to everyone close to Peter Obi and asked them to tell him that if they were considering moving to another party, there are other options available, not the NDC. The issue of how the party was registered remains unresolved. I also met with Kwankwaso and raised the same concerns with him. Despite that, both of them joined the party. Too often, election conversations are reduced to questions of “whose turn it is.” But the more important question should always be: who can truly deliver for the people? Since assuming office, my focus has remained on purposeful representation, people-centered policies, and sustainable development across every part of our constituency. Through legislative interventions, motions, constituency projects, scholarships, empowerment initiatives, human capital development, and skills acquisition programmes, I have worked tirelessly to ensure that no ward is left behind and no community is ignored. From road rehabilitation projects to classroom construction, boreholes, transformer installations, youth empowerment programmes, and educational support initiatives, my commitment has always been to serve every resident of Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II regardless of background, tribe, or affiliation. Governance should never be about division. Development does not recognize ethnicity, and neither should quality representation.
