@ppy I would like to see your comment on that.
Recently, I received a unfair and unjustified restriction in osu!.
In September, I was visiting a friend who's far away from me (around 150km). He also is an osu! player. We came up with the idea of making a beatmap for osu!mania. After making it, he logged out, I briefly logged into my account to upload a beatmap and then logged out.
At the end of November, my friend was banned. He had multiple accounts so it was justified. But for some reason I got restricted too.
I emailed osu! support, but as you can see, they rejected my request twice, citing "account sharing" despite explaining the situation and citing osu!'s rules. I shouldn't have been restricted because, according to osu!, I don't break any rules about sharing my account with another person, and playing on another device on my account is fine as long as I don't share it with anyone else.
I understand there are a lot of players to take care of but three months restriction for nothing is absurd.
