I one-shotted a full slide deck in Lovable 🔥
A lot of founders still build slides in PowerPoint.
But with AI, that feels super outdated tbh.
Why would you build a powerpoint deck if you can build an interactive app that’s responsive, smart, and adaptable.
If you use AI:
→ Everything is automatically animated + feels premium
→ You can get a full deck with one prompt.
→ Works on all screen sizes and is super dynamic.
→ You can share a link instead of sending files
→ See who viewed it, and measure analytics.
I created a guide with all my prompt templates for building slides with AI.
Want access? Comment “AI Deck” and I’ll share it with you.

@Shopify merchants hit a record $14.6B in sales this weekend, up 27%.
What that actually means: 15,800+ people made their first sale and became entrepreneurs, 94,900+ merchants had their best day ever, and 81M people chose to buy from independent brands on Shopify.
Congrats to all our merchants.

Canada has signed an MOU with 🇨🇦 AI leader @cohere to explore how AI can make government services faster, smarter and more secure, while backing Canadian tech on the global stage.
We’re championing Canadian companies building world-class tools—and making them work for Canadians.

SOLD: Stone Tree Apartments - $7,105,000 (76 units)
Huge shoutout to the property manager.
Melchior Management hustled to close off several work orders to help this close.
Congrats to everyone involved!
Note - we have a TON of active deals in secondary (and primary) markets across the province.
We'd love to chat with you about them.

@thecamjwright Most of what's already been said here. AI language is everywehre.
Intentionally started using short, direct language (even spelling/grammar errors) to stand out and stay human.

@heIpfullandlord That's the average. Since post-lockdown backlog has been worked through, it's getting better. Rare for it to go over 6 months these days. Though there are exceptions.

@PattersonConnor That fast? I’ve heard that it was 12+ months in Ontario?

Do you want to convert more interviews into job offers?
You need to start asking your interviewers better questions.
Here are my 3 rules for asking better questions in interviews.
Write these down 📝:
1) Target your questions based on your interviewer's role
Each interviewer you meet has a different job,
So naturally, they know and care about different things.
Ensure your questions are relevant to your interviewer.
For example,
Don't ask a VP of Sales about daily responsibilities,
Instead, ask them about things like company strategy.
2) Ask context-led questions to show knowledge
The tech sales job market is extremely competitive.
You need to demonstrate you have the knowledge to hit the ground running.
A great way to do this (without it seeming forced),
Is to ask questions that build on what you've learned during research.
3) Ask questions that 'qualify' your interviewer
In sales, the company you work for has a huge impact on your success.
So, sellers need to be vetting companies just as much as companies are vetting sellers.
Make a list of 2-3 things that are important to you,
And ask your interviewer how the company supports these things.
This raises your value as a candidate,
Because it shows you aren't willing to take any role.

@tv_jjd Really enjoyed your content. An integral part of the growth of Canadian Soccer leading up to the World Cup run and since. Best of luck with the new opportunity!

@PattersonConnor My friend just drops the audio file into ChatGPT then asks for a meeting summary.
