@facebookapp my sister has been for the past month and a bit, trying to get in touch with your team. To sort out the issue of someone hacking her FB account and even after multiple attempts of reaching out to your team. She still hasn't got any help or resolution to this issue!!

I've been holding off from posting this, but @MobiKwik @WazirXIndia needs to be held accountable. Amount debited from my bank but still hasn't been credited. It's been 16 working days and no action has been taken and @MobiKwikSWAT number is always busy.

@WazirXCares still the issue hasn't been resolved, can someone please look into this and get it sorted out.

@MobiKwik is a big fraud and the help section isn't really helpful.

PSI: Be aware of using @MobiKwik wallet. They have the worst customer care service, I've been calling since 9am and the help section of the app is a joke. And no chance of a quick resolution.
