Award-winning journalist Alex Newman provides a PERFECT summary of the climate scam: "The notion that CO2 is pollution is absolutely preposterous... The idea that [it's] going to destroy the planet or change the temperature of the Earth is totally ludicrous." "But from a totalitarian perspective, if you can convince people that CO2 is pollution, there's no human activity that doesn't result in CO2 emissions, including living, including dying, turning on a light switch." "Every single aspect of your life, then, if we submit to the idea that CO2 is pollution, then comes under the regulatory control of the people who claim to be saving us from pollution." Twiggy Forrest’s ‘green dream’ has gone bust. The billionaire has abandoned his green hydrogen project. He’s been spruiking it for years but has now called it quits. And on top of that - he’s had to sack 700 of his workers! 🎧2gb.com/twiggy-snaps-a…🎧

@PaulineHansonOz Pauline, can you provide the names of Super funds that have CFMEU members on their Boards. Some people may wish to switch to another fund.

Media Release | Follow the money to CFMEU thugs on super boards The presence of so many CFMEU thugs on various boards governing industry superannuation funds has prompted an urgent call to re-establish the Australian Building and Construction Commssion (ABCC) and the Registered Organisations Commission (ROC). One Nation leader Senator Pauline Hanson said that following media reports of the CFMEU’s association with organised crime, it was unacceptable that CFMEU officials sat on boards charged with looking after Australians’ life savings. “Why are foxes being allowed to sit in charge of the henhouse?” Senator Hanson said. “This is a racket that Labor has enabled, enriching its union boss thug mates with taxpayer-guaranteed returns on otherwise unviable investments in Labor’s renewable energy crusade. “Union thuggery is rewarded by Labor instead of being punished, which is what the ABCC was for. It’s time to bring it back to ensure the appalling union lawlessness unleashed on Australians by Labor can be reigned in and eliminated. “I remember that even Jacqui Lambie, shocked by the behaviour of CFMEU thugs, admitted to me she’d made a mistake in not backing the establishment of the ABCC in 2016 by the Turnbull Government. It got over the line with One Nation’s support along with Derryn Hinch and Nick Xenophon. “I remember how Labor let union thugs freely roam the corridors of Parliament House late in 2016 so they could intimidate senators on the cross bench to block the ABCC and ROC. Xenophon told me he was under enormous pressure, with the CFMEU targeting him with billboards and everything else but the kitchen sink, until I convinced him he would be doing the right thing by standing up to them. “In the end he stood up to them. Labor, of course, abolished the ABCC and ROC as soon as it could so it’s no surprise the very worst of CFMEU behaviour has returned. For Labor figures like Tony Burke to pretend they didn’t know about this behaviour is an insult to everyone’s intelligence. He’s not fooling anyone. “If Mr Burke and the Prime Minister are serious about reigning in this behaviour, I expect to see legislation in Parliament bringing back the ABCC and ROC as soon as possible. I also expect them to reject any donations of money from the CFMEU.”

@Peter_Fitz Actually no countries are 100 percent renewables. Another urban myth that if repeated enough, zealots want us to believe. Every one of them runs on diesel and uses renewables to supplement their energy needs. Read actual not wishful data

Why can't it Andrew. Already there are eight countries - including Norway and Iceland - that are 100 per cent powered by renewables. And South Australia getting there already. So why, specifically, if Norway can do it, can't we in Oz with all our sun and wind? #auspol
Andrew Mortimer@AndrewMortime

@Peter_Fitz Hey Peter, Nuclear and coal plants last longer than wind turbines and solar panels. Personally, I love renewable energy but it cant be 100% of the mix.

The Greens. They used to be harmless hippies and tree-huggers, all about the environment and saving forests. Well, not anymore. The Greens are a political machine with a serious plan for taking power ... and a toxic secret. It’s time Australians knew the TRUTH. The Greens are NOT who they used to be ... Wind power is a complete "green" scam. They cannot be built without massive amounts of fossil fuels. Financially they don't make any sense. None of the materials can be recycled at their end of their 12-20 year lifespan, they have to bury those blades. It is all a huge waste of energy and money.
John Lee Pettimore@JohnLeePettim13

Documents filed by Xcel Energy for it’s Nobles Wind facility, 134 turbines. The wind turbines lasted 12 years. Cost to decommission $85,533,609. Cost to refurbish $204,000,000. But wait, let me show you how this scam works. #GreenEnergy thread 🧵

According to political geniuses, Labor has just laid the mother of all political traps for Peter Dutton. You see, at the next election, whatever Albo promises, Dutton can just say "is that like that tax cut promise you broke?" What a trap, eh? But it doesn't end there. Dutton can also say "Labor are going to tax the family home" and "Labor will cut NDIS" forcing Albo to promise he won't, and guess what happens next? "My word is my bond" is more than just words, @AlboMP. Circumstances might have changed but Labor hasn't. Still the same tired old bunch of liars political tricksters.
