Can’t get to speak to anyone from Sky Broadband or Openreach as it’s just chat bots. Really poor service and we are left without broadband along with lots of other houses #skydown #skybroadband

Broadband, full fibre to house by @skyUK @skytv went down on 14 Jan as someone hit the telegraph pole! It’s now 26 Jan and no sign of any repairs by @WeAreOpenreach . Everyone blaming everyone else including @MyDoncaster . Surely it’s not that difficult to sort?

1. Oh my word, new week, new hassle. This time it's @airfrance. On 6th June booked a flight online and ticked that I need assistance. I got a reservation number but there was no way to pay online. I received an email saying that they were awaiting payment and to 'my reservations'

Shocking treatment of my Sister in London by @ThistleHotels. You wouldn’t expect this from Fawlty Towers, let alone a reputable chain. Surely in 2024 issues like this should be a thing of the past?

There must be recourse here through the Equality Act as there is definitely misrepresentation. @ThistleHotels have got some serious explaining to do here. You wouldn’t expect this treatment at Fawlty Towers, let alone a reputable chain
