Paul Chapman - a blaze of light, without focus
@Paul_C_Chapman
British animal lover and occasional film buff. A lot of my life, it turns out, can be explained by having ADHD - wish I'd known that when I was 18!

@RetroMemoriesHQ Yep. I never pressed it. I don't think they did anything but I was happy enough with how my computer worked and didn't want it to make more noise or risk breaking anything.
Now if it made my car jump, I would have smashed the crap out of that button.

@TennisTV @janniksin @carlosalcaraz It's all going to be about longevity and whatever they do with the courts over their careers (e.g. if they hadn't made the grass change in 2002 we'd probably not be talking about Nole being the GOAT).

@McGregorRousey2 Parody account?

@Djoko_UTD This and a low-seeded wild card getting to the semis.

@WeeklyMMA_X Sometimes a submission reaches such a level of clinical brutality that it makes me just realise how dead the person on the other end of it could easily be.
English

@RT1953BlakesGP @WeeklyMMA_X He just choked out a former French national BJJ champion, who had never been submitted before.
In his previous fight he went 5 rounds against the current LW champion who is a stone cold killer with very heavy hands.
These seem like great tests to me.
English

@WeeklyMMA_X Paddy. Not tested at all. I respect him but this fight didn't show much.
English

@CuzPpl @alcarchive The channel slam is getting both Roland Garros and Wimbledon titles in the same year, otherwise more than 6 people would have it.
English

@alcarchive You forgot Andre Agassi. The ONLY American with all GS
English

@SydneyLWatson I described it to my friend as "like an 80s film with better production values".
We're now watching a bunch of 80s classics together.
English

Bros, I have another film suggestion -
A few people recommended Project Hail Mary, so I gave it a watch last night.
It was so good. 😭 Again, reminds me of how movies used to be. Super lovely story. Enough science stuff to feel interesting. Made me laugh a bunch.
Was a good watch. It won't make you cry from political messaging. 😂
English

@BlessedMMA I respect so much how you were trying to get the fight stopped and not beat on an injured guy. Plenty of fighters would have just wailed on him. You're the man, Max.
English

Not the outcome we wanted but Gods plan is always the right one. Thank you Conor for fight. Took a lot to make that walk after these past few years. Sending prayers for a speedy recovery. Shout out to my family, team , friends and blessed expressers for the support. What a life we live. See at the next one. 🤙🏻

Zverev has nothing to be upset about, he threw everything at Sinner, the second set tie break was crucial , match was on a knife edge , Sinner maintained & at times even upped his level after second set, Zverev can compete now at the top table #wimbledon
English

@nishikoripicks I think he did great even in that loss.
English

@BlindBearMedia BSD will shoot into Pimblett's D'Arce choke and go unconscious in less than a minute.
Why? Because I'm answering in the future and I saw the fight.
English

@andyste123 No, you have an argument for UFC history, maybe, but Kazushi Sakuraba had multiple walkouts better than that.
English

@fhortknoxx I suggest viagra for your problem.
English

the result changes nothing. paddy pimblett is little more than a smarmy hack who just so happens to be danas current favorite international fighter to goon to. any legit opponent in the top 5 embarasses him just like gaethje did
and when it happens, i WILL be there #UFC329
English

@agentmma And yet Pimblett rolled him up and smoked that oh-so-deadly grappler, in exactly the way he said he would in exactly the sequence of events he said would happen.
I guess having submission skills that can sub the French national BJJ champion gets you quite a long way.
English

Paddy Pimblett's camp is reportedly in complete chaos heading into UFC 329.
Brother.
You're walking into BSD with a broken camp and a 44 percent takedown defense. Saint Denis shoots 4.19 times per fifteen minutes and finishes what he catches. That's not a stylistic problem, that's a math problem.
A grappler. A grappler who just TKO'd Dan Hooker five days after Pimblett lost five hard rounds to Gaethje.
Paddy's tough, nobody's taking that. But tough gets you submitted in round two when the guy on top of you is the most relentless wrestler in the division right now.
Saint Denis by submission, round two.

English

@BobbyCass88 @agentmma Kudos, amazing call!
English

@agentmma Paddy Guillotines him when he goes in for a takedown. Easy.
