David Clifford effort for a point goes straight into the back of the net, Clare were calling for another screen as Brosnan got into Ugwueru’s path. Ref right there 🤷‍♂️ Job done for Clifford, black carded a few secs later for a foul on Ikem. Clare 1-13 2-19 Kerry - 63 mins #GAA

@SmallerFishGAA It was an accident - he was trying to break his ribs not his jaw. Filthy.

Murphy deserved a red there. No need for that I can't believe Gough gave a yellow for that

@m_brosnan Graham O’Sullivan definitely underrated, no All Star nomination last year proves that

Kerry 0-13 Mayo 0-10. Some half-time questions 👐 Is Graham O'Sullivan under-rated? Scored a super point and 0-4 in assists. Why do teams still press Kerry's kickout man-on-man? Kerry fisted 5 shots. Scored 4. Is that a mistake? Do Mayo bring on O'Connor at half-time? For who?

@ExaminerSport How can An Ghaeltacht be playing Fossa in the intermediate this year if they won the intermediate last year?

The @examinersport Fantasy challenge. A budget of €100m spend across four picks, pick one selection from each category. Cash prize. If you pick 'other', NOMINATE WHO. Reply with entry, before league starts 🚨 Donegal (30m), Dub (20m), P Clifford (15m), Clare (25m) = 90m total.

@IndoSport @KeysColm A bit late to this one but the 2014 Hogan Cup winning team was not made up of two clubs, Brian Rayel of Lispole was centre forward for both PCD and the Kerry minors that year

@somearagaa You predicted that something with a probability of 25,536 to 1 would decline? Genius

They won every All Ireland started in 2024 (some finished on old rules in '25). County Senior, U20, minor. Club senior, Intermediate, Junior. Hogan Cup. Sigerson Cup. That's a probability of a 25,536 to one chance. That respresents an exceptionally dominant 2024 Nor being g funny, but you're assuming I'm talking about a longer period. But, over the course of that period, taking out Dublin and Kerry, and even taking out Ulster's best single team, for even comparison, the next eight did far better than the rest of the other three provinces over ten and 13 years.

@CMeyler @irishnewssport The press release has your white middle class male privilege quote directly below a heading about Gaelic Games, if you’re going to blame anyone blame whoever put together the press release.

@irishnewssport here is the press release you were sent This headline does not ‘accurately reflect’ what was said. Nowhere in this press release, or podcast. does your headline or your claim make an appearance. The ‘GAA’ was never mentioned and the full podcast gives context to PhD research and a discussion on global sports governance and leadership. The fact you didn’t fact check or listen to the original source before publishing in a national paper making a statement about me IS lazy and unprofessional. You’ve a duty to publish accurately. You’ve used a false clickbait headline to get attention for which I’ve received hundreds of personal abusive messages on numerous platforms off the back off this headline. I’d expect at the very least for you to have done proper research for overall context. GAA players are reluctant to chat to media as is, this does a disservice to the good journalists out there who do their work before publishing something controversial. Very disappointing @irishnewssport For full context here is the actual podcast: open.spotify.com/episode/3A8wcZ…

@CMeyler Conor, Kenny here - ‘lazy journalism’ is a cheap jibe. I never suggested you spoke to me. I was sent a press release by PR people for TritonLake, who provided the quotes. If you didn’t say that, have a go at them, not me.

@chrisocfl Kerry are already on the way to having 12 senior clubs, there’s 9 now and there won’t be any relegation to intermediate for the next few years

Wouldn't mind the Barrs wing back was trying to give it back. A Fucking joke of a rule. It has ruined a brilliant Munster final . Players deserve better than that shite
