@My_Metro seriously, how hard is it to check a metro before it leaves the depot to make sure the hating is not on!? Tired of announcement telling people what to do if they feel unwell when it’s your fault. Lots of people not feeling great on the metro I’m on including elderly

@My_Metro Thanks, it came in the end, sometimes delays are inevitable but what would be really helpful is updates from staff on the location of the next one

@My_Metro Yes I’m sat on a metro now but it’s been stationary for ages, no indication of when it’s going to leave. If it’s going to stay more than 10 minutes I need to make a decision and get a taxi. Can the driver do an announcement please?

@My_Metro hi if start of service is delayed 20 minutes I would still expect to see something on the app - like a metro Jarrow to Newcastle due in 35 minutes or so but there is nothing. When will it appear?
