Let's get this straight, this man was: -Arrested at least 14 times -Continuously released from custody -Charged for crimes including assault and felony robbery -Had a schizophrenia diagnosis -Judge releases him AGAIN on CASHLESS bail just before k*lling Iryna -Gets on a train -Stabs Irayna to death -Arrested again -Deemed "incapable to proceed" on m*rder charges -Trial is now delayed This is NOT justice.
