Runcorn Linnets 3-2 @Widnes_FC The Yellows firmly booking their place into the play-offs, for a 3rd season in a row, thanks to a fantastic display of football this afternoon in the 'El Classitol' derby. Antony Kay putting the Yellows a goal up within the first couple of minutes, heading in from a delightful Lewis Doyle free-kick. A first goal for man-of-the-match Joe Thompson in yellow and green halfway through in the second-half. Another goal 10 minutes after, through the superb Adam Moseley. Sean Miller scored two fabulous strikes for Widnes, but its the Yellows taking all 3 points, and into the play-offs! Next up, is away to 1874 Northwich, Saturday next week.
