Practices like this are a terrible breach of trust. @vijayshekhar apparently learnt nothing from the @PaytmBank fiasco!
Even if service is not achievable, at least you can be transparent with your users and investors. It is our hard-earned money; the bare minimum is an answer.

@Paytm @Paytmcare are either terrible at their job or are running a SCAM. Their team claimed that physical withdraw option will be available by Dec 25', but since then, only one thing has changed, they have just added "BAR" to sentence.
