For its repairs your AD. in Jaipur has advised that it will cost Rs. 28000/- I am sorry to state that the quality of the product appears to have been declined. Will you please ascertain the reasons for the same and arrange its replacement free of cost.

@SonyLIVIntl keeping in view the past performance of my T.V. i purchased model 18745501, serial no.8622521 on 24/5/17. In the recent past, its mother board was changed on 26/11/21, by your A.D. Now again the picture tube stated to have been damaged. Photos enclosed.
