@DefenceInstinct I used to do a hook kick it would look like the single hock kick but I'd take an extra step cos most move back a step when the see the kick, the heal of my foot would hit the back of the head at the nap of the skull, I could kick 12ft high but not now 😂 Id probably end up in A&E
