We are honored to host RPCV, Jason Carter, and his family. Carter served with SA-2 (1998-2002) & spent two years in Mpumalanga, where he worked on education issues. During his #PeaceCorps training, he learned Zulu and siSwati, and these tools helped to break down racial barriers.
