I have my own gen art exhibit in my office. Nothing like the @glitchmarfa exhibition, but it’ll do. Featuring Fourscore from @beam_easy

Was asked to spin up an AI team at work today. Will consist of 2 Data Scientists, 2 Full stack engineers, and a product owner. This should be interesting.

The work @glitchmarfa is doing to evangelize for the space in an authentic and effective way is noteworthy. Glad to pick up something from the gift shop to support this effort.

@Peak_44 Ones long term and the other I usually airb&b it. Hawaii is a hyper market so it can be very profitable. I bought both locations right before COVID so I’m at a little over 2x value from my initial investment. So far no real issues with people either renting

Starting to think hard about financial independence from salaried roles. Anyone manage rental properties?
