The House has voted to fully fund @DHSgov **FOUR times**— but Chuck Schumer wants to pick and choose which law enforcement officers can get their paycheck. ICYMI: the Crime Victims Fund Stabilization Act of 2025, legislation I’m proud to cosponsor, passed the House this week. The bill redirects unobligated funds to the Crime Victims Fund (CVF), which supports thousands of victim assistance programs, including child advocacy centers, domestic violence agencies, and rape crisis centers. This change will help stabilize the CVF while ensuring the fund is financed by the legal fines and fees of those who defraud the government, not by law‑abiding taxpayers.

I understand and applaud President Trump’s desire to address this issue and to support HHS. HHS should release the new data that it has to support this claim. The preponderance of evidence shows that this is not the case. The concern is that women will be left with no options to manage pain in pregnancy.
