@GameWoods @kingepic22 K Rool isn't and has never been owned by anyone other than Nintendo. He literally just made his big grand return in a 100% Nintendo made game not linked to Microsoft at all because Nintendo owns him and always owned him

@Kirbnation1 If not separate fighters they should at least be a duo fighter of some sort. Either swapping, or similar to Ice Climbers, reusing the idea they originally had for Rex and Pyra/Mythra. Switch 2 can definitely handle that style with more detailed designs

I know a lot of people interpret The Knights design as being some sort of suit of armor but I also genuinely love the idea that this is just their body now, that whatever caused them to be like this corrupted/shifted their body beyond recognition.

@FurRaphaele @BleuSpheres I'd like for that to be the case but that's far too much effort to put in for one character. There's a difference between Pyra/Mythra and Pokémon Trainer. I think we're getting either Kris or Susie solo, with the other two showing up in taunts and victory animations.

@Lucky_ssb_ Zonai technology is the central mechanic of ToTK which gives Rauru a LOT to work with, and Oatchi has both Olimar to ground his moveset and his command actions from 4 to make him distinct from Olimar. Lots to work with for both imo
