I'm a big fan of George Russell but imagine spending years sitting behind the (arguable) GOAT in F1 as team captain, finally getting a young inexperienced team mate to become the Team Leader, go into a regulation change knowing Mercedes will cook and you're the favourite to win the Championship... Only for that teenager to take your spot as Team Leader within 4 races. Brutal.

I never say this but this is a must watch. This is such a sad and complicated story. Richard Russell "Beebo" was a man at his end. I wish I knew why. He decided to go out in a blaze of glory armed with video game knowledge. I have to admit, I was excited when he pulled off the barrel roll. Unfortunately he was hoping that he didnt and that would be his ending. He then took the plane down on purpose to finish himself off. Nobody should ever feel like su!c!de is the only solution. The people left behind carry that pain forever.

I don’t understand why some people suddenly think that tipping a server is optional. What happened to 10% minimum? GMAB

People are divided on this. A restaurant automatically added a 25% tip to every dinner bill. The owner says it guarantees fair pay for servers. Some customers say tipping should always be optional. Should restaurants be allowed to add automatic tips?
