This is Kate. She is a Green Party election candidate this May. Kate says we should ‘abolish all prisons’. Just imagine if she gets elected and gains power. The Greens are not environmentalists. They are anarchists and ideological fruitcakes.

If you gave away $126 billion to subsidize free flights between LA and San Francisco at current demand levels, you could fund roughly 150 to 200 years of travel before the money runs out.

Plaid Cymru are ahead in the polls - but Reform are not far behind. Plaid Cymru must be the largest party to beat Reform We can not allow Reform to get their hands on our country. Vote Plaid Cymru on 7 May for new leadership that will always stand up for Wales.

PLAID ACTIVE TRAVEL & 20 MINUTE NEIGHBOURHOODS Wales- a largely rural country, with many towns & villages that have inadequate or no services and public transport. This active travel / 20 minute neighbourhood vision of utopia is sheer fantasy! BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU VOTE FOR⚠️

🚩WALES TOURISM: A HELPING HAND OR A HOSTILE TAKEOVER? 🏴 The Welsh Government has officially fired the starting gun on its new Mandatory Licensing Scheme. While they call it "simple registration," the industry is calling it a Trojan Horse. Deadline: Autumn 2026 From late 2026, it becomes illegal to charge for an overnight stay in Wales without being registered with the Welsh Revenue Authority. ⚠ Why This Is More Than Just "Admin": The "Tourist Tax" Foundation: This register isn't about "quality" , it's the digital infrastructure needed to slap a Visitor Levy on every stay from 2027. You’re being forced to build a system that will eventually tax you. Red Tape Overload: Between the near-impossible 182-day rule and 300% council tax premiums, this is yet another hoop for small, local businesses to jump through. The Death of the "Side Hustle": Renting out a spare room or a shepherd’s hut to pay the bills? You’re now in the government's crosshairs. For many, the paperwork and the threat of penalties will make hosting more trouble than it’s worth. Making Wales Uncompetitive: With no such tax or mandatory register in England, we are effectively telling tourists "Go to the Cotswolds or the Lakes, it's cheaper and easier there. The Reality Check Is this about "standards," or is it about squeezing a hospitality sector that is already struggling with a cost-of-living crisis and plummeting visitor numbers? By the time the Visitor Levy kicks in in 2027, how many local Welsh B&Bs will be left to collect it? Have your say: Is this the "level playing field" we were promised, or is it the final nail in the coffin for independent Welsh tourism? 👇 #SaveWelshTourism #TourismTax #WalesBusiness #ShortTermLets #WRA #CymruEconomy #RegulatoryOverload
