@t_hnh10 Thanks for the suggestion Tony! I’ve been doing that myself during coder too, but not religiously. For me it was every hour then 10 mins, that is if I remember haha being in the zone feels good but makes me forget about everything else like breaks 😅

First day of WFH tomorrow. Not sure what to expect. Been through an intensive bootcamp online for 10 months but still I bet it would be different. Any pointers?

@Ash_Smith_ @PeelRasel This is me 10000% I just don't move all day, which is bad. And have been telling myself to take breaks and do exercise cause I don't feel healthy this way

@Ash_Smith_ It’s pretty good actually. Liking it so far. We’re a small team of devs so I get to be involved in almost all the stuff that gets to the end user. Bris cohort doing fine too, almost everyone has secured a role and are happy with it. We try to meet up once a month to catchup.

@PeelRasel I'm the worst at taking breaks. I need to set alarms but I get engrossed in what I'm doing and ignore all my little prompts. I'm working on it but it's taking time. I started organising zoom coffee dates which helps force a break. How are you liking your job?

@Ash_Smith_ Thanks for the insight Ash! Might have to set up interval alarms to remind myself to take breaks and stretch. How's it going on yours?

@PeelRasel I am loving working from home but remember it isn't for everyone and being in lock down is different from the normal WFH experience. Remember to take breaks. On a normal day in the office you would be making a coffee or chatting to someone so treat it the same.

@theandrewfulton Iterate iterate iterate until it makes sense :) Don't forget to take breaks though!

Hey tech jobseekers, so looks like there is a light at the end of the tunnel: I got a job offer! Won’t say what and where yet cause it’s an absolute dream and I’m scared they will change their mind or cancel it or something(🙈), but I will eventually, watch this space 🔭

Spent good amount of hours on the phone today ringing users having trouble accessing the feature I’ve worked on. Most of which are IE users. Can’t wait til next year when its not gonna be a problem anymore 🥲
