@jonah_ven This resonates. I don't care if a customer calls me ma'am on the phone or I get she/her-d in an email. Whatever. Let me help you with your paper trail. There are a couple coworkers who won't make the effort and THAT is what I actually find upsetting. Am I not worth the effort?
